The Japan ICU Foundation is made up of two legally related entities; the Japan ICU Foundation, Inc. and the JICUF Endowment, Inc. The Japan ICU Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity, and the JICUF Endowment, Inc is a 509(a)(3) support organization exclusively supporting the Japan ICU Foundation. The consolidated audited financials for both organizations can be found below. In addition, the fiscal year for both organizations begins in April, following the Japanese academic calendar.

JICUF undergoes an independent audit annually in accordance with IRS requirements. Our audits are conducted by Tait Weller, a well-regarded Philadelphia-based CPA firm specializing in nonprofit accounting and auditing.
