Starting in 2022, the Japan ICU Foundation shifted from publishing an annual report to publishing an impact report.

The Foundation’s fiscal year begins on April 1 and its annual report for the previous fiscal year is published in September.
The ICU Magazine
ICU publishes “The ICU” magazine twice a year in July and December. The latest issues are available at this link on the ICU website.
