ICU Students’ Skill-Building Workshop: Presentation & Business Communication Skills

JICUF April 24, 2017

Applicant: Jennifer Fajardo
Grant Amount: ¥140,000

ICU is known for providing vast opportunities to allow their students to expand their knowledge and hone their skills. For example, in the Education department alone, students, both undergraduate and graduate, are given chances to share their ideas and results of existing research hence there is a need to provide students with necessary skills matching expected outputs.

In this project, I, along with fellow graduate students, will work under the guidance of Prof. Insung Jung on designing a presentation and business communication skills program (comprised of different workshops) for education undergraduate and graduate students to improve their presentation skills in making academic presentations as well as improve their business communication skills. It will target regular education undergraduate and graduate students. It also aims to extend to research students and other undergraduate and graduate students.
