Introducing the 2026-2027 Media Interns
JICUF recently hired two new media interns, Hiyu Shiraki and Seidai Goto. These two ICU undergraduates, along with Kyoka Horiuchi—who has served as a photography intern since 2024—will regularly post promotional photos and short videos on JICUF’s Instagram and Facebook accounts. Hi, I’m Hiyu Shiraki, ICU Class of 2028. Having grown up between Japan and the U.S., I’ve always loved connecting with people from various backgrounds. At JICUF, I hope to use photography and film to meet more people and share the stories of the students and supporters who carry forward JICUF’s founding spirit. More than just a cameraman, I hope to become a true member of the JICUF family, growing alongside this community and helping bring people a little closer together. I’m truly grateful for this wonderful opportunity and will give it my all. I look forward to working with you!

Hi everyone! I’m Seidai Goto, a photographer/videographer and the new media intern at JICUF. Through my experience, I believe photography tells stories and brings people together.
I’m grateful for the opportunity that JICUF gave me, to contribute in the way I’m best at and love the most. This campus is still full of scenes and charms I’ve yet to discover even though I’ve been there since ICUHS. Through photos and videos, I’m looking forward to share the seasonal beauty of campus and the vibrant lives of ICU students from one student’s perspective!
